Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long, and we meet weekly or biweekly to start. Once established, we can discuss checking in on a monthly basis.

  • Our therapist fees range from $75-$200, tailored to provide options for everyone. Additionally, we do accept new patients looking to use their insurance. Please schedule an intro call to discuss the best fit and explore insurance options!

  • We do not currently offer in-person sessions. Please book a consultation to learn more about virtual therapy and the personalized options available to support your needs.

  • I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up for your appointment, you are financially responsible for the full fee of the session.
